Robert Pope delivered a lecture at the XVII International Conference and Workshop - New Information Technologies in Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology and Ecology, in Ukraine, Crimea, about the evolutionary science-art process including vibratory signals from the environment instigating major technological intuitions.

His work received applause because it coincided with the research into the evolution of consciousness research conducted by the Russian scientist, Professor Simon Schnoll, who like Pope, had been awarded a 2009 Gold Medal Laureate from the Telesio Galilei Academy in London.

In 2010 Professor of Physics, Diego Rapoport, recipient of that year's TGA's Gold Medal Laureate, associated Pope and Schnoll's research with Plato's atomic 'Science for ethical ends', involving the spiritual (electromagnetic) properties belonging to Plato's plane geometry properties related to Kantian futuristic science and technology utilising Plato's asymmetrical electromagnetic field evolving within the creative artistic mind. That same futuristic science was extolled by Charles Proteus Steinmetz, inventor of electrification of the USA.
