The Science-Art Centre

Initiating the 21st Century Renaissance

1993

The International Journal for the Arts, Sciences and Technology, LEONARDO, has been used over the years to guide Australian Government art policies. In 1993 this journal, in its opening pages, carried a message from Dr George Cockburn, Royal Fellow of Medicine, London, Neurological and Arts Medical Advisor to the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia.

In the same issue, LEONARDO, Vol. 26, No. 2, pp. 145-148, published an article by Robert Pope entitled A Policy Model for the Self-Funding of Ethical Science through the Arts.

The Australian and state Ministries for the Arts have been advised over the years of the crucial importance of this issue. Their prevailing scientific comprehension of it has been identified with the spread of a global 3D epidemic transmitted by the mass manufacture of dysfunctional communication and information devices. Government appointed epidemiologists have no antidote to the global social damage it is causing.

The 2016 discovery of the antidote to the 3D information epidemic was discovered by the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia in collaboration with quantum biologists associated with the University of Pavia, working in liaison with Quantum Art International. As a result of this the Russian World Fund for Arts established a Science-Art Research Project in consultation with the international Quantum Art Movement.

Other overseas Science-Art research projects are following the concept of linking science with aesthetics rather than Plato's ethical atomic Science for Ethical Ends.

Unless these Science-Art projects upgrade their dysfunctional Science-Art worldview instead of fusing ANTIDOTE information into artificial intelligence technology then the global epidemic will enter into its entropic, carcinogenic, terminal stage.
